Well done to everyone who supported our Team Hope Shoe box appeal. The windows were stacked with shoe boxes at collection time on Friday. We send our love and Christmas wishes to the boys and girls who will receive a shoe box somewhere far away this Christmas, all

Yesterday we had a visit from Bríd of Heritage in Schools. We learned about the change of seasons and in particular the season of Samhain. We put buttons on a worry tree to let go of anything that was bothering us and a thank you tree to give thanks for all we have. We created a dance routine for all the seasons. Everyone had great fun 🍁🍂

October, the month of the Holy Rosary. Well done to our senior pupils who made beautiful Rosary Beads during October 🙏🏼📿

Daltaí na Seachtaine this week include someone who has shown kindness and patience to a younger pupil and another who has been doing great work, in particular, with writing. Maith sibh beirt! ✏️📝☺️

Last week our Junior Room interacted with other schools around the country in a Farm Safety Webinar, presented by Agriaware. We learned lots of safety tips around farm machinery, electric fences, cows with newborn calves and how to tell if a dog or a horse was in a good mood or not! 🚜🐄🐴🐕🐾⚠️

Well done to our Daltaí na Seachtaine this week – one student has been working particularly hard while the other has been sharing fantastic ideas in class.
